Passion for e-commerce, B2B sales, and digital marketing
Provide efficient and personalized service to clients
Handle sensitive information securely and responsibly (in accordance with PCI and GDPR standards)
Resolve complex requests with autonomy, using the knowledge base whenever necessary
Previous experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of back-office systems or SAP is an advantage
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
CONDITIONS
Stable employment contract with long-term prospects
Paid initial training (15 to 20 business days, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Full-time rotating schedule with rotating days off
