Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and source, screen, and select the best candidates for their open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions – Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals – Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications – Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs – Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding – Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment – Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment – Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong organizational and time-management skills – Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously – Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing and screening candidates – Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
