ROLE

  • Passion for e-commerce, B2B sales, and digital marketing

  • Provide efficient and personalized service to clients

  • Handle sensitive information securely and responsibly (in accordance with PCI and GDPR standards)

  • Resolve complex requests with autonomy, using the knowledge base whenever necessary

PROFILE

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Knowledge of back-office systems or SAP is an advantage

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends


CONDITIONS

  • Stable employment contract with long-term prospects

  • Paid initial training (15 to 20 business days, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

  • Full-time rotating schedule with rotating days off
